Build the Remote Role Your Business Actually Needs | Nearside

For Growing Businesses in the United States

What's Still Depending on You?

You built the business. You shouldn't have to carry every follow-up, customer message, schedule change, and unfinished task yourself.

Tell Nearside what's getting stuck. We'll help you turn that work into a clear role and find the right person to own it.

Takes a few minutes. No hiring decision required.

Role clarity first · Multi-country talent access · Progressive verification · Formal local employment available

The Problem

You may not need another employee. You may need a better-defined role — and the right structure to support it.

  • Leads are not being followed up — and your best people are doing it anyway.
  • Customers wait too long for answers that should never reach you.
  • Administrative work keeps landing on the owner's plate.
  • You've tried hiring before and it didn't stick — because the role wasn't clear.
  • You're not sure if hiring internationally is legal, or what it costs you if it isn't.
  • You know you need help. You don't know exactly what position to create.

Most hiring mistakes begin before recruiting starts. Nearside helps you define the work, the ownership, and the right structure before asking you to choose a person.

Work Needs an Owner

You don't need to choose a job title before you understand the work.

Nearside turns the tasks competing for your attention into a Role Blueprint: one clear outcome, the responsibilities that support it, and the level of talent the role actually requires.

What is still landing on your plate?

What Ownership Feels Like

Finally, this isn't all on you.

The goal is not to add another person for you to manage. It is to give recurring work a capable owner and make the business feel lighter.

Someone follows up on every open estimate.
Customers know who will respond.
Your CRM stops depending on your spare time.
You return to the work only you can do.

See It In Action

Watch how scattered work becomes a clear role and a focused search.

Anonymous Talent Previews

See the quality before you activate.

A strong preview should help you assess communication presence, relevant experience, and what still needs validation without turning talent into an open marketplace.

Legal Protection

The legal structure most companies get wrong — handled for you.

Hiring someone in another country without the right structure creates real legal exposure — misclassification risk, payroll liability, and compliance gaps that can surface months later, when they're expensive to fix.

Nearside arranges formal local employment through vetted Employer of Record partners in Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Your team member is hired locally, paid correctly, and covered under applicable labor law — while you operate the role as if they were part of your team. You get the talent. We carry the compliance.

  • Local employment contract in place — not a freelancer agreement
  • Payroll and statutory benefits handled by the EOR partner
  • Reduced misclassification exposure through documented local employment
  • Auditable, documented payroll records on file
  • 90-day replacement guarantee on formal employment roles
  • Expanding to additional markets — ask about availability

Nearside recommends the appropriate structure after your Role Blueprint — so you're not guessing, and you're not choosing based on price alone.

Progressive Verification

Verification gets deeper as intent gets real.

You can see meaningful professional signals before paying without receiving an open database or unnecessary personal information. When you identify serious finalists, Nearside deepens the verification work before interview and hire.

  1. Professional SignalsNearside reviews structured application data, relevant experience, tools, availability, and initial communication evidence.
  2. Role Fit ReviewProfessional signals are compared with the responsibilities and conditions in your Role Blueprint, not with a generic job category.
  3. Anonymous PreviewYou see role-relevant strengths, communication presence, availability, and the questions Nearside would still validate. Names and contact details remain private.
  4. Finalist VerificationFor serious finalists, Nearside progresses identity, live communication, consistency, role-specific evidence, workspace, and availability checks as appropriate.
  5. Interview & Hire ReadinessYou receive clearer evidence, transparent risk notes, and the recommended engagement path before making the final decision.

You're not screening a raw database. You're seeing why a profile may fit, what remains unknown, and how Nearside will validate it with you.

Search Rescue

Built into qualifying standard searches

Start by showing us what is slowing the business down. Nearside helps qualified businesses define the role and recommended band before asking for a Talent Access decision.

Specialized Roles

Some searches need a different sourcing plan.

Niche technical, highly senior, or market-specific roles are reviewed after the Role Blueprint. Nearside will explain the appropriate sourcing and engagement path before any additional commitment.

Founder of Nearside Systems LLC
Juan Carlos Amador, MSc.
Founder · Nearside Systems LLC

"I started Nearside because I watched too many good companies get burned by hiring abroad the wrong way — either legally exposed, or stuck with talent that wasn't actually vetted. Every client conversation starts the same way: 'I need help, but I don't know exactly what role to create.' That's the real problem — so that's where we start. Not with a database of resumes, but with the system I wish had existed."

Before You Ask

The questions every founder has before starting.

Can't I just hire someone cheaper?

You probably can. If you already know exactly who you need and price is your main criterion, there are many options that fit that better than we do. Where Nearside is different is that we define what the work should actually own before we recruit — so the comparison isn't just monthly cost, it's the time and risk of designing, sourcing, and replacing the role yourself.

Can I see candidates first, before defining the role?

You can review sample anonymous previews to understand the quality and format Nearside looks for. Your own search begins with a Role Blueprint so every profile can be considered against work, outcomes, and conditions that are clear.

How fast can you find someone?

We won't promise a timeline we haven't earned operationally. Once your Blueprint is final, we'll tell you whether we already have strong matches in the pool or whether we need to activate our recruiting network — and give you the most realistic next step from there.

What does Talent Access activate?

Talent Access activates your company account, Role Blueprint, curated matching, finalist selection support, progressive verification, and access to future standard searches while your account remains eligible and in good standing. It is a company activation, not a fee for viewing a database.

What if the first matches aren't right?

Tell us what feels missing. Nearside captures the feedback, refines the Role Blueprint, and rematches the search. Qualifying unresolved standard searches may move into Expanded Search without another Talent Access fee.

Will I pay Talent Access again for the next role?

The intent of Talent Access is continuity. While your company account remains eligible and in good standing, future standard searches build from the active relationship rather than requiring another company activation. Final terms are defined in the applicable agreement.

What if I'm still not sure this is the right fit?

That's a fair place to be. Tell us what part you're still weighing — the role, the person, the investment, or whether now is the right time — and we'll talk through it directly instead of pushing you toward a decision.

Find What Needs an Owner

The next person you hire should make the business feel lighter.

Start with the work that keeps coming back to you. A few minutes, no hiring decision required.

Thanks — we've got what we need to start.

Nearside will review what you shared and reach out personally to build your Role Blueprint together. No commitment, no sales pitch — just a conversation about what's costing you time right now.
