For Growing Businesses in the United States
Nearside defines the role, selects verified bilingual talent from across Central America, and handles the legal employment structure — so you can operate with confidence from day one.
Formal local employment available · Multi-country talent access · Seven-stage verification · No hidden fees
The Problem
→ The last two are where most companies get it wrong. Nearside fixes both — before we look for anyone.
The Process
We build your Role Blueprint before we look for anyone. A structured diagnostic that turns your operational pain into a clear, specific role description — with responsibilities, hours, skills, and required English level.
Every candidate in our pool has already cleared seven-stage verification. We run your Blueprint against verified talent across Central America and return a curated shortlist of 3–5 candidates — not a database for you to screen yourself.
You interview and choose. Nearside coordinates. When you select a candidate, we determine the appropriate engagement structure — formal local employment or independent contractor — based on the role, the country, and the risk level. You don't choose based on price.
Contracting, employment onboarding, and payroll setup are handled. Your Account Lead stays with the engagement: check-ins at day 30, 60, and 90. The 90-day replacement guarantee activates on formal employment roles.
See It In Action
Legal Protection
Hiring someone in another country without the right structure creates real legal exposure — misclassification risk, payroll liability, and compliance gaps that can surface months later, when they're expensive to fix.
Nearside arranges formal local employment through vetted Employer of Record partners in Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Your team member is hired locally, paid correctly, and covered under applicable labor law — while you operate the role as if they were part of your team. You get the talent. We carry the compliance.
Nearside recommends the appropriate structure after your Role Blueprint — so you're not guessing, and you're not choosing based on price alone.
Candidate Verification
Every candidate presented to you has completed Nearside's seven-stage verification process before you ever see a profile. Not a database filter — a real process with humans, live conversations, and time-restricted assessments that can't be gamed.
When you receive a shortlist, the work has already been done. Your three to five candidates have cleared all seven stages — you're choosing, not screening.
Talent Access
Nearside evaluates and compares candidates across Latin America — not one city, not one country. When your Role Blueprint is defined, our system scores every qualified candidate in the region against your specific requirements and surfaces the strongest match, wherever they are.
The result: you get the best match — not the fastest response to a job post.
Nearside evaluates and sources talent across the countries listed above. Formal local employment (EOR) is currently active in Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua, with more markets opening. For candidates outside those three, Nearside recommends the appropriate engagement structure — including Nearside Direct — during your Role Blueprint.
Transparent Pricing
Pricing is determined by the talent tier — not by the engagement structure. The tier reflects the role's required skills, experience level, English proficiency, and complexity. After your Role Blueprint, Nearside recommends the appropriate tier. You don't choose based on price alone.
English level (B1–B2): Conversational and workplace-ready. Handles routine written and spoken communication well; may need occasional clarification on complex or nuanced topics.
Experience: Typically 0–2 years in a remote or hybrid role. Strong with structured processes and defined workflows.
Best for: data entry, scheduling, inbox triage, basic customer support, administrative backlog.
English level (B2+): Strong professional fluency. Comfortable leading client calls, writing polished emails, and navigating ambiguity without a script.
Experience: Typically 2–5 years, often with direct client or customer exposure. Can run a process end-to-end with light oversight.
Best for: client-facing support, sales development, process management, bookkeeping, project coordination.
English level (C1): Near-native fluency in professional settings. Handles complex negotiation, technical explanation, and high-stakes communication with ease.
Experience: Typically 5+ years, often in specialized or leadership-adjacent roles. Owns outcomes with minimal oversight.
Best for: executive assistance, technical support, specialized operations, roles that carry real business risk if done poorly.
Sourcing from the active verified pool, seven-stage verification confirmation, curated video profiles, role-specific scoring, risk notes, and a shortlist of 3–5 candidates.
Everything above, plus extended sourcing beyond the active pool for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
Your Role Blueprint comes first. Nearside recommends structure and tier after that conversation — not before.
Need Something More Specific?
For hard-to-find specialists — niche technical skills, senior-only markets, or roles where formal EOR employment isn't the right fit — Nearside works with dedicated local recruiters in-market to source and structure the engagement outside the standard EOR path. Same verification standard. Different contracting model. Ask your Account Lead if Nearside Direct fits your role.
See how much you could save — Savings Calculator →Monthly pricing begins after candidate selection, not at Blueprint. Formal local employment roles include payroll deposit before activation. All engagements governed by a Master Service Agreement. Prices in USD.
Why Trust Us
"I started Nearside because I watched too many good companies get burned by hiring abroad the wrong way — either legally exposed, or stuck with talent that wasn't actually vetted. Every client conversation starts the same way: 'I need help, but I don't know exactly what role to create.' That's the real problem — so that's where we start. Not with a database of resumes, but with the system I wish had existed."
