Nearside Systems LLC ("Nearside," "we," "us") is a remote-hiring infrastructure company based in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through hire.nearside.pro and nearside.pro, how we use it, and how you can control it.

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and company website, submitted through our forms.
• Usage data: pages visited, referring URLs, device and browser type, and general location (city/region level), collected automatically via standard analytics.
• Communications: records of calls, emails, and text messages exchanged with our team.

3. How we use this information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule a Role Blueprint conversation
• Operate your engagement if you become a client (contracting, payroll coordination, account management)
• Send you service-related updates, and — only with your consent — marketing communications
• Improve our website and services

4. SMS / text messaging — consent and data use

If you provide your phone number and check the SMS opt-in box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Nearside Systems LLC as described in that opt-in disclosure. This section applies specifically to that data:

• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This applies even if we share other categories of data (such as IP address or browser type) with service providers for operational purposes — SMS origination data and consent records are excluded from any such sharing.
• Message frequency varies based on where you are in your engagement with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, per your carrier plan.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
• We retain SMS consent records (phone number, opt-in timestamp, and opt-in method) for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements, and to honor your opt-out.

5. Service providers

We use the following providers to operate our business. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us:

• GoHighLevel (HighLevel) — CRM, marketing automation, form collection, and SMS/email delivery
• Stripe — payment processing
• Nearside Platform (nearside.pro) — Role Blueprint and candidate matching system

Data may move between these systems (for example, from a form on hire.nearside.pro into your Role Blueprint on nearside.pro) solely to deliver the service you requested.

6. Data retention

• Client contacts: retained for the duration of the business relationship, plus 3 years.
• SMS consent records: retained as described in Section 4.
• You may request earlier deletion, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations (see Section 8).

7. Your rights

You may request to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Opt out of marketing communications (email: unsubscribe link in every email · SMS: reply STOP)

8. Legal basis and retention exceptions

Where required by law, tax, or contractual obligation (for example, payroll and compliance records related to an active or past engagement), we retain the minimum necessary data beyond a deletion request, and will confirm this to you if it applies.
